Nominate an Innovator

The Rockefeller Foundation is asking the global community to nominate today's top innovators whose work is improving the lot of poor and vulnerable people. Based on your nominations of individuals or organizations, we will highlight 100 of these innovators. Three of those, one of whom will be a Youth Award recipient, will be honored at the Foundation's 2013 Innovation Forum in New York. The awardees' organizations will have the opportunity to apply for a grant of up to $100,000 USD.

Next Century Innovators considers innovation to be a break from previous practice. It occurs when different points of view or existing elements are framed, imagined or combined in new ways. Innovation succeeds when it creates new pathways for solving entrenched social problems, resulting in lasting change within the systems that affect poor and vulnerable populations.
